These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IRONLOG mobile application ("IRONLOG", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").
IRONLOG is independently published by an individual developer.
By downloading, accessing, or using IRONLOG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
If you are using IRONLOG on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
IRONLOG is a workout and training journal designed to help users record, organize, review, and visualize their exercise and training activity.
IRONLOG is a tracking and organizational tool.
IRONLOG is not a medical service, healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
IRONLOG does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or healthcare services.
Any workout information, exercise information, training suggestions, progress information, measurements, calculations, visualizations, reminders, or other content available through IRONLOG is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.

You voluntarily assume the risks associated with physical activity and use of IRONLOG.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular exercise or training activity is appropriate for you.
Before beginning a new exercise program or materially changing your physical activity, you should consider consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare or fitness professional, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, or concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, fainting, or other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop exercising and seek appropriate professional assistance.

The current version of IRONLOG is designed primarily around local storage.
Your workout information may therefore depend on your device and its storage system.

We do not guarantee the permanent preservation or recoverability of your workout data.
We aim to provide a reliable and useful application, but we do not guarantee that IRONLOG will:
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of IRONLOG at any time, subject to applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes or discontinuation.
IRONLOG may periodically receive updates.

You are responsible for installing updates where necessary to maintain compatibility and security.
We are not responsible for problems caused by your failure to install an applicable update, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain ownership of the workout information, photographs, notes, and other content that you create or store using IRONLOG ("User Content").
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Because the current version of IRONLOG is designed to store User Content locally, we do not require a broad license to upload or commercially use your workout information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any photographs, images, text, or other material that you import into or use with IRONLOG.
IRONLOG may provide functionality that allows you to create or share workout images or other content.
You decide whether and where to share such content.
When you share User Content with another application, platform, person, or service, you are responsible for that decision.
The privacy practices, terms, security, and policies of the receiving service will apply once your information leaves IRONLOG.
We are not responsible for how an external service subsequently uses, stores, distributes, modifies, or otherwise processes content that you voluntarily provide to it.
IRONLOG and its original content, branding, graphics, user interface, software, design, functionality, logos, names, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

You agree not to use IRONLOG:
IRONLOG may interact with or be distributed through third-party platforms and services, including Apple App Store, Google Play, operating-system services, device services, and applications that you choose to use for sharing or exporting content.
Those third parties operate independently of IRONLOG.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
If you download IRONLOG through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another authorized distribution platform, additional terms imposed by that platform may apply.
These Terms are between you and the IRONLOG developer and do not replace the terms applicable to your use of the relevant app-distribution platform.
To the extent applicable, Apple and Google may be third-party beneficiaries of provisions relating to the App distributed through their respective platforms.
Your use of IRONLOG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the current version of IRONLOG.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
You can review the Privacy Policy at the location where these Terms are provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRONLOG is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:
We do not warrant that IRONLOG will meet your individual requirements or expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of IRONLOG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to IRONLOG shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to the IRONLOG developer for use of IRONLOG during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits from being excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the IRONLOG developer from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or relating to:

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of IRONLOG after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using IRONLOG at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to IRONLOG where reasonably necessary, including where:
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to you.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms and the IRONLOG Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and the IRONLOG developer concerning your use of the App, except where additional terms expressly apply to specific functionality.
