IRONLOG ("IRONLOG", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a workout and training journal application independently published by an individual developer.
This Privacy Policy explains how IRONLOG handles information when you download, access, or use the App.
IRONLOG is designed around a privacy-first, local-storage architecture. At the time this Privacy Policy was published, IRONLOG does not operate a user account system, does not operate a server-side database for user workout information, and does not collect or transmit analytics or telemetry data.
By using IRONLOG, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
IRONLOG allows you to create and store workout and training information, which may include:
This information is designed to be stored locally on your device.
IRONLOG does not currently transmit this information to an IRONLOG server.
The developer does not have routine access to the workout information stored locally on your device.
IRONLOG currently does not collect analytics or telemetry data.
The App contains internal functionality that may be used in the future to support analytics, but that functionality is currently inactive. There is currently:
Accordingly, IRONLOG does not currently collect information such as app usage events, advertising identifiers, analytics identifiers, device identifiers, IP addresses for analytics purposes, or similar telemetry through an analytics service.
If analytics or other remote data collection is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable privacy disclosures provided through Apple App Store and Google Play will be updated as required before or when the relevant functionality is introduced.
Except where information is voluntarily transmitted by you through a third-party service outside IRONLOG, IRONLOG does not currently collect or maintain:
IRONLOG does not currently sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your personal information.
IRONLOG is designed to store your workout information locally on your device.
This means that:
Your device's operating system may provide its own backup, synchronization, or cloud-storage functionality.
If your device automatically backs up IRONLOG data to a service operated by Apple, Google, or another provider, that backup is governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policy. IRONLOG does not control those services.
IRONLOG may allow you to select photographs or other media from your device for use in features such as workout records or workout Share Cards.
When you select a photograph:
IRONLOG requests access to photographs or media only where necessary for functionality you choose to use.
You can manage or revoke applicable permissions through your device's operating-system settings.
If you voluntarily share or export a workout image through another application or service, such as a messaging service, social-media platform, email service, cloud-storage provider, or other third party, that information may leave your device and become subject to the receiving service's own terms and privacy policy.
IRONLOG does not control how those third parties subsequently process information you choose to share with them.
IRONLOG may provide locally scheduled notifications or reminders if you enable the relevant functionality.
Where a notification is scheduled locally on your device, IRONLOG does not need to transmit your workout information to an IRONLOG server to deliver that notification.
You may disable notification permissions through your device settings.
The current production version of IRONLOG is designed not to transmit your workout information to third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud-storage services.
The App may nevertheless rely on platform services provided by Apple, Google, Expo, React Native, or other software components necessary for the App to operate on your device.
Those platform providers may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies.
IRONLOG does not control information that Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, your operating system, or another third-party service independently processes as part of operating your device or providing services you separately use.
If IRONLOG integrates a third-party service in the future that collects or processes information from the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant processing where required.
IRONLOG does not currently sell, rent, or share your locally stored workout information with third parties.
We do not currently provide your workout records, photographs, measurements, exercise history, or notes to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Information may leave IRONLOG if you deliberately choose to export, save, share, or otherwise transfer it using functionality provided by your device or another application.
Examples include sharing a workout image through:
Once you choose to transfer information outside IRONLOG, the receiving service becomes responsible for its subsequent processing, subject to its own policies and applicable law.
IRONLOG does not currently maintain a server-side database containing your workout records.
Your locally stored information remains on your device until you:
Device backups may retain copies of App data according to the backup provider's policies and your device settings.
Because IRONLOG currently does not maintain a server-side copy of your workout records, the developer does not have a separate IRONLOG database from which your workout history can be remotely retrieved or deleted.
You may delete information stored locally by using the deletion functionality available within IRONLOG, where applicable.
You may also delete IRONLOG and its locally stored data through your device's operating-system controls.
Because IRONLOG currently does not maintain a server-side database containing your workout information, there is generally no IRONLOG server account or workout database requiring deletion.
Information that you voluntarily transfer to another service is not controlled by IRONLOG and must be deleted through that service.
If you believe that IRONLOG has received or retained personal information about you and you wish to request its deletion, you may contact us using the contact information in Section 15.
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App to help protect information handled by IRONLOG.
Because your workout information is primarily stored locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on:
No electronic storage system, software, device, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, while we take reasonable measures to protect information within our control, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
IRONLOG is made available to users internationally.
Because the App is distributed worldwide, privacy and data-protection laws may differ depending on your country or region.
Where applicable, you may have additional rights under laws such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), UK data-protection legislation, the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL"), or other applicable privacy laws.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove or restrict any privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights including:
Because IRONLOG currently stores workout information locally rather than on an IRONLOG server, you generally retain direct control over that information through your device.
If you believe we hold personal information about you or have questions regarding your privacy rights, you may contact us using the information below.
We will consider and respond to legitimate requests in accordance with applicable law.
IRONLOG is not directed toward children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through IRONLOG.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to IRONLOG in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, please contact us.
We will take reasonable steps to investigate and address the issue where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes may be necessary because of:
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
If we introduce material changes to our data practices, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
You should periodically review this Privacy Policy for updates.
IRONLOG does not currently sell personal information.
We do not currently rent personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
If our data practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy and applicable platform privacy disclosures will be updated as required.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to privacy inquiries within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
IRONLOG may introduce new features in future versions.
Examples could include, without limitation:
If a future feature materially changes how information is collected, used, stored, transmitted, or shared, the applicable privacy disclosures will be reviewed and updated before or when the relevant functionality is introduced, as required by applicable law and platform rules.
The privacy practices applicable to a particular version of IRONLOG are those described in the Privacy Policy in effect for that version.
